Return to the downloaded FantasyRadio.apk, tap Install, then open the app.

4
Press Play

That's it. Put your phone down, lock the screen if you want, and keep Fantasy Radio playing.

Why does Android show a warning?
The app is currently distributed directly by Fantasy Radio rather than through Google Play. Android therefore asks you to confirm that you trust the download source. Only install the app when downloaded from fantasyradio.stream.
